Terms of Service

By working with Maire Atelier or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
Maire Atelier provides branding, web design, and copywriting services under clearly defined package inclusions. All services will be delivered as agreed in your individual contract.
2. Payments
Clients agree to the payment terms outlined in their contract, which may include an upfront deposit, milestone payments, and final balance before launch. Late payments are subject to a 10% daily fee. No final work will be delivered without full payment.
3. Revisions
The number of major revisions included may vary depending on the selected package and contract terms. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at $60/hour, tracked transparently via time-tracking software.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs are original and free from copyright violations. Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
5. Portfolio Use
We reserve the right to feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing. Credit to Maire Atelier must remain on all published website footers. Unauthorized removal of credit will result in a $500 credit removal fee.
6. Confidentiality
Any client information shared with us remains confidential. We do not request or store access to sensitive financial accounts.
7. Project Timeline
Projects typically run for one (1) month. Delays of over two (2) weeks by the client may incur a restart fee.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. All payments made are non-refundable.
9. Support
Clients receive post-launch support, the duration of which may vary based on the selected package and current promotional offers. Additional support is available through our retainer packages.
